Viasat Norway

Viasat AS in Norway has deployed a service in the area of technical support for their satellite TV customers. The service is accessed on the telephone and helps the customers to solve several of the most common problems which used to overload the customer service agents. The user calls used to be both long and complex. The automated, and speech enabled, solution has succeeded to solve the problems in as high degree as the personal assisted calls before.

Stockholm County Council (SLL) together with Voice Provider has, for the Transportation Service for Disabled Persons, launched speech recognition travel booking.
